NCIA is playing a vital role in providing a focus for community activists to rally against the ConDem Govt’s demolition of social solidarity.

thanks henry for your encouragement. let’s hope that solidarity grows in 2014. we’ll need it given what is coming out of Osborne’s mouth recently. More war on the poor. More money for their pals.

I acknowledge that Charities (eg healthcare, educational, and environmental to name but 3 groups) do splendid work. But what exactly are justice and equality? Also what is a good definition for poverty? In the last decade one charity stated that one example of poverty is a child who does not own a mobile phone. That is very questionable to state the least!
